The CRYENGINE team is heading out on the road and you can meet us at two events this month.
First up, we are in attendance at SAE Convention 2018, taking place 10-11 October. Head to our CRYENGINE booth where Senior Cinematic Designer for Hunt Viktor Ikkes, Matthias Otto, Senior Level Designer for Hunt, and Community Coordinator Jeremy Wade will be present at our CRYENGINE booth. Swing by to try out CRYENGINE with insight from our experienced staff, and check out Matthias’ new VR project, Paper Plane Simulator. Our Learning Manager Brian Dilg will also be giving a workshop based on Flappy Boid, where you’ll learn how to make a complete game in CRYENGINE. Tickets here.
Over 70,000 people will be headed to the Poznan Games Arena 11-14 October, and the CRYENGINE team will be at its sister event, the Games Industry Conference, to run live tutorials and meet CryEngineers from across the globe. Community Developer Gabriel Yakir Ketteler and Technical Support Specialist Christian Bigus will be present at our booth, alongside Darkness Anomaly developer Roman Perezogin. You’ll be able to take a sneak peek the latest demo of Darkness Anomaly in development, check out Christian’s Bucket Man game, which was built in FlowGaph, and try out CRYENGINE with our experts on hand. Learning Manager Brian Dilg will also run a workshop showing how to build a game in CRYENGINE with FlowGraph, our Visual Scripting method. Ticket information is right this way.
We love doing these events, and look forward to meeting both new and veteran CryEngineers at the conferences. As ever, we look forward to your feedback on Discord, the forum, and on our Facebook, and Twitter channels.
