Claims of Copyright Infringement

Crytek respects the intellectual property rights of others, and we ask that everyone using our internet sites and services do the same. Anyone who believes that their work has been reproduced in one of our internet sites or services in a way that constitutes copyright infringement may notify Crytek's copyright agent by sending an email to legal@crytek.com and providing the following information:

• Identification of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed;
• Identification of the material that you claim is infringing and needs to be removed, including a description of where it is located on Crytek’s internet site or service so that we can locate it;
• Your address, telephone number, and, if available, e-mail address, so that we can contact you about your complaint; and
• A signed statement that the above information is accurate; that you have a good faith belief that the identified use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law; and that you are the copyright owner or are authorized to act on the copyright owner's behalf in this situation.

Forums

From time to time, Crytek's online products may provide chat forums to users. Any information that is disclosed in these chat forums is public information and users should exercise caution when deciding to disclose personal information in such chat forums.

Choice/Opt-out

Crytek gives users the option of discontinuing receipt of promotional email communications from Crytek by removing the users' information from Crytek's databases. Instructions for discontinuing receipt of promotional email communications from Crytek will be provided in subsequent email communications to users.

Corrections, Updates and Removal of Information

If you are concerned about the accuracy of personal information maintained by Crytek or would like your personal information removed from Crytek's records, please contact us by emailing privacy@crytek.com for review, update, or removal of personal information.
