Fixed: In some cases cryselect.exe could fail to run where a user had limited user access (no admin rights) to the Windows OS.
Fixed: CRYENGINE continuously pushing 'checking for updates' or asking to 'validate login' (even when the Launcher was in the off-line mode).
Fixed: When the relevant Engine version is not installed for a given project an error message is displayed (normal behavior - Launcher should start to download the relevant Engine version that is related to the given project).
