Fixed: Sometimes during Vendor Asset submission the process status would get stuck on 'Package'.
New: Added a 'Refresh" button to the My Submissions Page.
New: Asset Vendors can now update/edit their previously submitted Assets through the Launcher.
Fixed: Not always able to update a project from Engine version 5.3 to 5.4.
Tweaked: Removed the 'Edit' option for Asset type.
Tweaked: Cancel option added for the Engine download process. Note: Once the Engine has downloaded the 'Cancel' option changes to 'Remove'.
