New: Engine version(s) can now be downloaded without the need to firstly create a project. Note: A banner has been added to the Engine List view that informs users when no Engine is installed "An engine version must be installed before projects can be created"

New: A banner has been added to the Launcher Dashboard that informs users of the latest CRYENGINE version that is available for install.
New: Added Engine version shortcuts to the Launcher Dashboard - allows users to create project(s) faster i.e. without the need to go to Library-> My Engines to create projects.
New: Added a persistent Create Project button to the Launcher Dashboard (appears once installation steps have taken place).
