Access the preferences through the editor's Tools -> Preferences menu option:

Go to the Mannequin section to find the mannequin preferences.

These are the available options:

Default Preview File: The preview setup file that is opened automatically by the mannequin editor.
Size of Tracks: The height in pixels of the tracks in the mannequin editor.

Press OK to store the settings.
